Can anyone join?

No. Any organization wanting to join the Forum must first write to the Secretary who will place the request before the Executive for a decision.

Who runs the NPF?

The Forum itself is the principle decision making body, with agreed terms of reference and a Business plan for 2005/6 and an annual work programme. At a strategic level the Forum is directed by the Executive and the day to day work undertaken by the Secretary.
